By accessing or using the MyFreshSooq Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

  • Other farm-based food products

The platform allows customers such as:

  • Restaurants

  • Hotels

  • Businesses

to purchase products directly through the platform.

MyFreshSooq facilitates ordering, payment processing, and delivery coordination.


4. Platform Components

The MyFreshSooq Platform includes:

  • Customer Mobile Application

  • Vendor Mobile Application

  • Driver Mobile Application

  • Official Website

These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including customers, vendors, and delivery drivers.


5. Eligibility

To use the MyFreshSooq Platform, users must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide accurate account information

  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes

MyFreshSooq reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.


6. Vendor Registration and Approval

Vendors wishing to sell products on the MyFreshSooq Platform may be required to undergo verification or approval procedures before being allowed to list products.

MyFreshSooq reserves the right to:

  • Approve or reject vendor applications

  • Request additional verification documents

  • Suspend or terminate vendor accounts


7. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the quality and safety of products

  • Ensuring products comply with applicable regulations

  • Providing accurate product descriptions

  • Maintaining proper product handling before pickup

Vendors may sell products derived from livestock, including:

  • Milk

  • Meat

  • Eggs

  • Similar food products

The sale of live animals through the platform is not permitted.


8. Pricing and Commission

Vendors may set their own product prices.

MyFreshSooq may apply a service commission or subscription model, depending on the vendor agreement.

Vendors may choose between:

  • Monthly subscription plans, or

  • Commission-based sales

MyFreshSooq reserves the right to adjust commission structures and pricing models based on market conditions.


9. Orders and Payments

All payments on the MyFreshSooq Platform are processed through the platform.

Payment rules:

  • Payments are charged at checkout

  • Only credit or debit card payments are currently accepted

  • MyFreshSooq collects payments from customers and processes settlements to vendors

Orders become confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.


10. Delivery Services

MyFreshSooq may arrange delivery through:

  • Independent drivers

12. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel orders before delivery through the platform.

Once delivery has been completed, cancellations are not permitted.


13. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Damaged products

  • Incorrect items delivered

  • Verified product issues

Refund requests will be reviewed and verified by MyFreshSooq.

Based on the investigation:

  • The vendor may be held responsible

  • The delivery driver may be held responsible

  • The claim may be rejected if found invalid

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.


14. Service Level Expectations (Vendors)

Vendors using the platform are expected to:

  • Maintain accurate product listings

  • Fulfill orders promptly

  • Provide products that meet reasonable quality expectations

  • Respond to platform communications

Failure to meet service standards may result in:

  • Account suspension

  • Listing restrictions

  • Removal from the platform


15. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Use the platform for fraudulent activities

  • Misrepresent products or services

  • Abuse or harass platform users

  • Attempt to disrupt platform functionality

MyFreshSooq reserves the right to remove accounts that violate these rules.


16. Intellectual Property

All content on the MyFreshSooq Platform, including but not limited to:

  • Logos

  • Software

  • Images

  • Branding

  • Platform design

  • Text and content

Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform materials without permission.

  • Losses resulting from vendor or driver actions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyFreshSooq's liability is limited to the value of the relevant order.


19. Force Majeure

MyFreshSooq shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government actions

  • Internet outages

  • Logistics disruptions

  • Public emergencies


20. Platform Modifications

MyFreshSooq reserves the right to:

  • Change service terms
